2 Too much button-pushing for my liking.
3 I tried keeping up with technology over the years but suddenly everything has gone goofy.
4 It began with the onslaught of Facebook and it has now gotten completely outta control.
5 People twittering, tweeting, buffering here and cheating and eating.
6 Everything, as they say, must be awesome!
7 I don't know about that.
8 I just don't.
9 Second thoughts about everything on this Frideeeeeee.

11 I had an entire DN written but it was too much news and no time to get it done.
12 I helped out at the guitar concert last night.
13 Packed house, GREAT concert, very tough to control an audience that started out thinking they were at the movies: walking up and down during performances, chatting, and being anywhere but focused on the students.
14 That eventually settled and things heated up from there. It was REALLY an amazing performance by students of all levels.
15 I was pretty busy hushing people and trying to keep the house distractions to a bare minimum.
16 Once that calmed down the focus turned to the performances.
17 I don't have any live pics because I fear having my phone turned on at any live performance.
18 I'm Old Skool.
19 I did get a recording of the rehearsal off You Tube.
20 The evening went wonderfully after the shaky beginning; the students looked cool. The dress was white shirt, long tie, black slacks. They all looked sleek and there was a definite coolness and jive to the entire night.
21 I'm exhausted this morning but am once again proud of my school's Performing Arts department. There's always magic coming from that building. It's nice to be a part of that magic, even if it is just peripheral.

24 I'm keeping this short in keeping with our odd schedules the past couple of weeks.
25 I think we are finally back to normal, if there is such a thing.
26 I always love that at one time, when I was in my post-grad years I lived on Normal Avenue.

31 Here's a small clip of the guitar rehearsal. I'm too stupid to know how to "embed" things. I haven't reached that awesome plateau, but I do know that everything IS awesome!
32 I want to give a shout out to my daughters in Disneyland! Hope you guys have been rockin' it.
