That's all.
Baseball.
I didn't watch the end of the game last night. It became unbearable.
I began working on this at around 8:30 last night. Got home WAY late, exhausted from setting up my room for Back to School Night. I finish dressing the set this afternoon. The place looks great, and I got plenty of sleep. I'm excited, but also a little nervous, as always.
<Looking around>
Is it just me or does it seem BTSN should have happened about a thousand years ago?
I'm glad I missed the end of the game. Didn't it happen at around three a.m.?
Baseball. They replay games, and if you wake up in the middle of the night and don't know what time it is, you become discombobulated.
I claim it's the Man.
Anybody lookin'?
Ah, I still have hope.
Have you any idea how difficult this is?
Okay.
Unbaseball.
You can't win the big games, you goin' home.
Arghhhhhh.
Torture.
More than you'll ever believe.
So...
Moving on, Part One: Unusual weather we're having, ain't it?
Insert cynical kid.

I'll leave my notes out here on the field for all to see.

Or not.
You can't wear your heart on your sleeve, especially if your particular shirt was magically made without no seams or needlework.
It's unseamly.

The crime?
"Punning beneath the dignity of an English teacher."
Some passport.
Okay.
I guess you CAN wear your heart on your sleeve.
Corrections' officers.
The irony drips.
<running to the fridge>
I must needs strengthen myself with a dignified dose of Nutella and Crystal Light Pom.
Anybody lookin'?
<relaxing shoulders>
A-h-h-h-h-h-h.
<hearing voices>
"So. Mr. Harrington. Haf you ze plan?"
<shaking off the weird spellings>
They're after me. Not gonna lie.
I can't stands no more!

Ah, it's all good.
I feel like Art Garfunkel on a bad hair day.
Anybody lookin'?

See you again.
Peace.
~H~
